Character design. Paranormal investigators

This is my entry for the ArtStation challenge 2020. I created a group of paranormal investigators with their own special skills each one. These are their stories:

Regina is the Leader, she is a medium and was always able to see spirits and talk to them. She is a wealthy woman and the group lives in her mansion. At first she was on her own, but when more people joined her she decided to start  a business. She is in charge of contacting clients and looking for new cases, but her special group is popular enough  that people go to them and want to pay for their services. However, she doesn’t keep the money to herself; instead she distributes it with the rest of the group, leaving nothing for herself because she doesn't really need any.

Helmer is the serious character. He and Regina knew each other when they were kids, but afterwards they separated. Helmer spent his life with black magic groups involved in dark arts, but the moment he met Regina again he left it all behind for her. He regrets his dark past and is trying to compensate helping at Regina's business. He is an expert crafting potions and spends much of his time reading and studying to make new formulas. He’s a very quiet man, tortured by his past.

Archibald is the mischievous character. He's a poltergeist they found in one of their cases, he was torturing a poor family in a house by breaking things, making them levitate, doing loud noises during the night... They convinced him to leave that house but then he got into theirs. He behaves better there, can't scare them as they know where this things come from, but he is annoying anyway. Archibald is only afraid of Greta (the brave character) and doesn't do his things when she's around.

Greta is the brave character. She is the only one with no special skills. Regina found her in her teens, when she was being used in dark rituals and had been tortured. Regina welcomed her in her house, where Greta was the first one arriving. They have a kind of mother-daughter relationship. She suffered so much that now she fears nothing and became a very introvert person who doesn't let anyone know her deep inside. Along the group, she is only comfortable with Regina and Jolie (Joyful character). She hates Helmer because of his past with black magic.

Jolie is the joyful character. She grew up in itinerant fairs with her family, got her special skills form her mother. She can read her crystal ball, cards and hands. She was tired of working as a fortune teller. One day she met Greta in the fair, she introduced her to the group and decided to join them to help people. She knows a lot about magical properties of the plants and crystals, loves to make talismans and give them to the group. She's nice to all of them, even Archibald although he annoys her the most, being so innocent. She finds the good in everything and everyone and the group feels comfortable with her, gives them peace. She has a special connection with Greta and the wild character.

The group found it working on a case. In a village nearby, some very scared kids reported having seen "a shadow" in the forest. When the group started investigating, they found about this strange being. They weren’t sure about what it really was, but they knew it wasn't a dangerous or aggressive entity. On the contrary, it seemed scared and Jolie was the one that convinced it to get closer; after that, they decided to bring it home, which it now never leaves for its own protection, otherwise people would be afraid. It  tries everyone's clothes, and imitates them acting like a human. Although this character never talks, Jolie always seems to understand it. When it gets scared, horrific tentacles and arachnid legs come out of it's back! This happened once, when Archibald the poltergeist tried to scare it for fun… but the result was so scary and the whole team got so creeped by the creature’s reaction, that the poltergeist decided to never mess with it again.
